Andrews Building Corp. | New York, NY

The project included demolition of existing offices on an entire floor and reconstructing a new home for a building management firm. Work included extensive patching of exposed arched ceilings, adding low partitions to create individual work stations, custom cabinets and work surfaces, wood floors, folding wood and glass doors to separate the reception area from the conference room, a kitchenette and bathrooms, electrical, lighting and air conditioning. In addition, the roof was opened and a massive skylight was installed to bring natural light into the space.

Nautica Showroom | New York, NY

This 6,000 Square foot space was divided into a lavish reception featuring cherry and maple wood flooring to simulate a boat deck, executive offices along the perimeter window wall of the building, a conference room and a general showroom and display area.

Ceilings were constructed from a combination of gypsum board and decorative ceiling tiles. The project also included showcases, electrical and lighting, air conditioning, an employee kitchen and men and women’s bathrooms.

4,000 additional square feet was added to this office space to make the floor plan and circulation flow with the existing space. Work included demolition of perimeter walls, construction of new partitions, installation of a hung ceiling, lighting, electric and air conditioning. The new conference room walls were constructed out of glass block to allow natural light.

Areo Restaurant | Brooklyn, NY

Two retail locations were combined into one space on a main street in Bay Ridge Brooklyn. Work included constructing a new kitchen, installation of cooking and preparation equipment, dining platforms and railing, ceramic tile flooring, custom bar, cherry wood wainscoting, wood and glass store front and entry vestibule, stucco façade, awnings, concrete sidewalk and signage. Work also included adding a kitchen and public bathrooms on the lower level.

Manila Restaurant | New York, NY

A onetime wood working shop, this location suffered extensive structural damage. The floor had to be reinforced and many of the structural beams had to be replaced prior to renovation. This project featured a newly constructed kitchen roughing for and installing cooking equipment, fabricating and installing an exhaust hood with an exterior chimney reaching 12 stories, dining platforms, pipe railings, a custom wood bar and a new store front was installed. Painting was done with a “Zolotone” spray paint, a unique and durable surface, in a striped design. Work also included lighting, electrical and air conditioning.

Via Via Restaurant | New York, NY

This project entailed redoing an existing restaurant in midtown Manhattan. The kitchen required minor cleaning and refurbishing. The major work was performed in the dining areas where drywall soffits were added for installation of light fixtures, ceramic floors were installed and custom wood bar was constructed. Work also included a new aluminum and glass storefront, extensive electrical work, awnings, signage and air conditioning.
